A Memorial Day Thank You

Amidst all of the hamburgers and hot dogs this weekend, take time to remember that freedom is not free. Be it the Cross of Christ or the soldier’s conviction and courage, our freedom was purchase by another’s sacrifice. And as one who is truly grateful (and also one who remembers well the joy of seeing my own father return from Viet Nam), I want to say a special thank you to all the members of our military, both active duty and retired. All that you do and all that you have done make possible the freedoms that we all enjoy. God bless you and thank you. Have a wonderful Memorial Day!!!
